In the event of late
cancellation (less than 24 hours) we reserve the right to
charge the full amount.

Payment of the balance
of the total cost of the Bed & Breakfast is payable on
departure, or at the end of each week.

The accommodation is
available from 3pm on the day of arrival, once keys have been
collected the guests are free to come and go. Rooms must be
vacated by 11am on day of departure.

A continental breakfast
is included in the room tariff, no reductions are offered
to any guests not requiring breakfast. There is a full breakfast
menu for anyone wishing to upgrade breakfast at an extra cost
which must be pre ordered by 9pm the previous night. Breakfast
is available weekdays 7-9am / weekends 8-10am. Breakfast is
served in the lounge, unless ordered previous night to be
delivered to room at designated time.

Guests must ensure to
keep the premises in the same condition and state of repair
as found on arrival, and depart the room in a reasonable state
of cleanliness.

The proprietors of the
Robin Hood shall be compensated by the guest for any breakages,
damage or excess cleaning which is required, sole decision
in this event will lie with the proprietors.

The proprietors reserve
the right to gain access to any room if deemed necessary.

The number of persons
using the accommodation is not to exceed the number booked
into the room.

The proprietors reserve
the right to refuse any booking request.

The proprietors reserve
the right to cancel any booking
already made if the accommodation becomes unavailable for
reasons outside our control. Our limit of liability shall
be a full refund of monies paid.

All guests must act in
a reasonable manner and must show
respect for other guests.

The proprietors cannot
accept any liability for any loss or
damage to personal property whilst residing at the Robin
Hood.

If any guest(s) fail
to observe any of the Terms & Conditions
we reserve the right to require the guest(s) to vacate the
accommodation at once without any refund.
