The Old Stable Cottage is a grade two listed building, situated on the edge of woodland having links to both Sheffield Industry, the famous Sheffield Flood of 1864 and many published walks in and around the valley. The Robin Hood Inn is a short walk away through Little Matlock Woods, often linked with the legend of Robin Hood and his Merry Men. There are varied leisure activities at your disposal: horse riding, fishing, published walks, skiing, climbing and theatres etc.
A short drive and you will find your self in Derbyshire and the Peak District with many attractions.
Bus and Tram services close by to take you into the City Centre then onto Hallam FM Arena, Don Valley Stadium and Valley Centretainment Area.

Upstairs: One bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with corner bath and toilet. Dressing room with fitted wardrobes.	Outside: Parking area, small garden. Outside Barbeque, outside lighting and alarm system.
The cottage has just been completely refurnished to a high level. Suitable for either leisure or corporate business let.

Follow directions on the Robin Hood website (link here), to Holme Lane - then carry on around the one way system to take the B6077 Loxley Road. Follow for approximately 2 miles taking a left turn where sign-posted for Mill Dam Fishing (Black Lane). Follow this lane to the bottom then take a left. The Cottage is the first building on the left.
